So it's an 07 6.7 cummins. It had 120hp industrial injectors (so who knows how big they really were). Dual CP3's. 2400 pulse tune. 66/80mm twins. The truck ran great but was losing a little rail pressure. So it got dual 12mm exergy CP3's and some huge 48LPM injectors. (I was told these injectors are bigger than what's in the bullydog pull truck).

Problem is now the turbos won't light. Only builds 30lbs of boost and smokes. This is on a 2100 pulse tune. Are the injectors really that big and putting out the flame? The EGT's will go past 1600* so they're getting heat. The turbos checked out fine and zero boost leaks. Anybody have any ideas? Smaller tune?

Edit the truck holds perfect rail pressure

I am assuming the tune was updated. Those are giant injectors.

Are the twins gated? I would think that if they made it to 30lbs that going past that wouldn't be an issue.

Converter? My buddy here in AZ has 62LPM injectors, 66/88 twins, and a 3000 stall Goerend and can light faster than mine.
