Can't buy a vin licence with the new version of EFI

Response from our tech support...
That address points to a function inside the Delphi runtime. Something over which I have no control. Specifically it relates to a problem with Windows adding or removing a component (like a button or a text input box) to/from a window. I don't know what would cause that.
The first thing to try is a clean re-install:
Run the uninstall option on V8: Start->All Programs->EFILive->V8->Uninstall V8.
Delete the folder: \Program Files (x86)\EFILive\V8 (if he is using a 64 bit machine)
or
Delete the folder: \Program Files\EFILive\V8 (if he is using a 32 bit machine)
Note: May need administrator priviliges to delete the folder.
Delete all the EFILive*.ini files from \My Documents\EFILive\V8\Config
Re-install the EFILive V8 software.
As a last resort, try installing it on a different PC/laptop.

Thank you for your time! I deleted everything EFI related and then reinstalled and sofar all is working. Thanks again!!
