Can't buy a vin licence with the new version of EFI

I keep getting this message. I've deleted the current program and downloaded it again with no success. Am I doing something wrong or is this version messed up?

What are you doing to get that error message? What software and firmware version are you running?

I update the software thru efilive scan and tune and this is what happen. Then deleted the program and reinstalled and still get this

I'd suggest you do not have a complete download for V8 software. Uninstalling and reinstalling will not fix that issue, you will need to download the software again.

I'm still not sure what you are doing to get the error - Is it happening when you launch the software? or is it happening when you select an option once the V8 software is open?

Uninstalling again. I DL the new version to the desktop. And will reinstall

Close EFILive V8 Scan and Tune.

Connect FlashScan to your PC.

Open V8 Scan and Tune.
Select [F7: VIN Licenses]
Select [F3: VINs]
Select Copy Serial and Auth Code, and hit the blue Purchase Activation Codes option.

I've been through the menus; when you open V8 S&T software and select [F2: Scan], there is no [F10] option.

EFILive control panel pops up and it has F2-F-10

Sorry, I missed you had re-downloaded the software multiple times.

When you updated the software, did you update your firmware? What version are you running?
