I didn't think I could get more jealous of Wolf and his Z06, but I am now. Congrats on getting such an awesome new car.

My vote is for "The Kad"

To the credit of the Duramax, Kathy told me so far she likes her truck better, but hopefully after she gets more seattime things will change.

Let's face it, a loaded Duramax is pretty luxurious and has great seats and visibility. And it holds a LOT of gear. To an extent the Kad is overwhelming when you climb into it. So many options and gizmos.

My thought was the Kad would be a 4-door Z06, and Kat loves driving the Meanie, but it could never be used for a daily driver since we have kids. And yes, it feels a lot like the Vette. But the Vette is concentration intensive, you don't really relax when driving it. With the Dmax, it requires less thought to drive and is very relaxing.

The real proof will be it's first long-haul drive. Will the seating and ergonomics prove superior to the Dmax? Time will tell. It's a very hard act to follow.

Thats a nice car :happy2:, what motor is it again?

I believe it's the LSA engine, which is a detuned version of the ZR-1 Corvette engine.

556 HP
541 TQ
6.2 liters
All aluminum 16 valve V8 with supercharger
9.0:1 compression

DOH!!!

We still have Blue...At least for the time being. According to Edmunds he is only worth 10 to 12 k. trade in value :(

Since I put the shell and carpet kit in the back when I had him he is actually kind of hard to use for large stuff. So Pat would use Wendy anyhow.

Maybe Big Block Bill (Jordan) will make us an offer we can't refuse ;)

How many miles does have?
