So I did a bunch of reading on this and here's what I figured out. Rotate it 90*, fold the two left legs in and remove the knobs. You have to use three prong caliper pins to take them off. Fold the front then rear tabs in and install the lock pins with the ring locks on them. If yours has the optional rollers on it, you can pull the clips off and stow them between the left legs. Now is a good time to pull the inner plates and grease the slides, make sure they are clean and slide freely. Now turn the right legs 90* into each other, the can now be folded in . Remove the remaining knobs with the double ended t-wrench. Stow the knobs in the cupped tube, lock it in place with the thumb screw. Hopefully this will set it all strait.

Holly crap, so I took off the top plate and all the bushings were worn down to nothing. I am gonna clean it all up and put new bushings in and tighten the slave screws back up. Mine only had 4 double head zips, how many does your unit have? I think I need to pick up a new flow bypass.

Replace the bushings with bearings. I believe the part number is HZ7912-F7. Make sure you use a 49.5GPM bypass or you won't get enough velocity.
