C0308 Code wtf??

So just put a motor in this truck, only code I have is C0308 and it kicked it into 4low. Can't get the truck to or even the encoder motor on tcase to try and switch to 2wd. 4low light is lit up but when push 2wd light it doesn't light up or anything. Also get a service 4wd message all the time on the cluster. ATC fuse hasn't blown either. Could the TCCM be fried for some odd reason? Where is the TCCM even located? Thanks!

TCCM is located under the dash near the BCM.

Bump, tried different TCCM, different switch and different encoder motor problem still exists. I've chased wires and haven't found anything yet. Any ideas?

Check for corrosion on the wiring harness and connectors, see it a lot at my shop.
