Yikes that is alot. We just put an offer in on a house today which was 1500sq, built in 2002 ft for 175k. It has huge travertine tile and granite counter tops throughout. House prices here are ridiculous, if I had 300k for a house I could buy a 3000 sq ft house with a shop!
