A house just hit the market 310,000$ is the asking price its 1,600 sq ft. Needs new exterior paint , carpet, probably going to remodel the bathrooms, kitchen, and update where needed. Pretty excited it sure helps that my family is in the construction business goal is to flip this house for 450-500k when done.

Those prices are crazy.:spit: The wife and I are looking at selling our house and upgrading. We are looking at new houses in the 3400-3600sq ft range for the same price.

Good luck.... But them prices are crazy.... I went threw nor cal and southern cal 1 time.. it was ok to see, but no way would live there....Too many screwed up laws and epa crap..
And no Crayfish.....

X-100 family and business are a bad combination IMO... Just remember when buying a "Fix ER up er" everything cost twice as much and takes twice as long as expected,, kinda like building a Diesel pick up to go fast,:screwy::dontknow:

I wish I only paid 310k here in Hawaii a 2 bed room apartments go for that price its nice when tax time comes at lease the government gives you some of your taxes back
