Ben, please call Mykle Baugh or his secretary Natasha @ 307-347-4410 in Worland Wy. His cell # is 307-388-2695. I don't want this to get ugly so please deal with it. I recommended Diesel Pickup Specialists in Worland Wy to install your lockup box on the truck they built called Catamax. They also bought your tap shifter. Neither of the two work and they cannot get ahold of you. Mykle has had his secretary call you every day for the last two weeks........ I have left you messages before that. This needs to be delt with immediately. I have pm'd you on the site and did get a response back from you saying you would call and also left me your cell phone. I gave the number to Mykle but no luck. Please make this right.:mad:

Still haven't gotten my updated lock up box I was promised. I lost track of how longs its been. Going on 3 months or something like that. Haven't had a response to anything I have sent him.

Odd thing he did was email one of my buddies over 2 weeks ago who bought one of his products and told him he was sending MY box to him along with another one of my buddies boxes and that he could give it to me when it showed up...well neither have showed up yet and its been a real pain trying to get this figured out. Cause now I have to keep contacting my buddy on the daily asking if my box has showed up at his house yet. I have absolutely no idea why Ben would do something like that rather than contacting me directly and sending my box directly to me. I've basically moved on with life and accepted the fact that I won't be seeing this updated box. I'm not accepting the whole "been out of town or been on vacation" bull crap anymore. He has had ample time to get it figured out. He even told my buddy that the boxes had shipped 2 weeks ago. Failed to provide any tracking info and nothing has showed up.

I got my second updated box and its still having the same problems as it once has. I even had a second shop verify my wiring as per the instructions and this box flat doesn't work. I'm to the point where I want my $ back. Just haven't drafted my email. :-(

Luckily my current box works fine, it just can't be programmed for delayed lock up or anything like that. Ben is originally the one who contacted me saying he would swap boxes with me for an updated one. After that initial email, I have yet to get any sort of responses from him.

I would love to have a lockup box but this shitty ass service that he gives people is whats stopping me....I feel if I had an issue with it then I'm sol since nobody can ever reach this guy...:( too bad bc he makes some really good stuff

I know it's none my business and I'm only throwing gas on the fire but I have to say it must REALLY chap your ass when you start a thread about customer services and you see him online posting in a thread as late as YESTERDAY the first and he wont respond to any of you!

That would make me want to drive to his house and choke the crap out of him! I mean really you must feel like he could give to craps about you or anyone else reading and thinking about a purchase!

I recall the big speech thread about a year ago how he was "fixing " all this. What happen to his life partner he hired did he give up saying Ben can't be changed so he threw in the towel? Haven't heard from him in some time now.

Glade I decided not to order a box and use what I'm using. I can't force unlock and that would be nice but I can force lock.

Sad that two of our threads now are with people not treating our members well. In fact taking their money and not giving two shits about what happens afterward. Pretty selfish if you ask me

seems that there is a lot of these threads about him and poor communication. I don't know why you guys continue to purchase from him expecting different results. he seems knowledgeable but arrogant at the same time. With the numerous complaints about how he treats forum members I'm wondering how he can still be a vendor here?

I would agree.. im not sticking up for ben.. but its not just him... there are other site vendors that have the same service... I hope it gets worked out....

Thanks, and I'm not trying to pile on and I have never bought anything from him for these very reasons. Just is annoying that a vendor on here does business this way. And some people defend the guy saying "that's just Ben." Maybe he's inventing a new windshield wiper switch or something real useful.
