Left several messages and sent emails. Ordered overdrive lockout off his website and cannot get any response...
Its deff not just you man, as i stated on df, been 3 weeks waiting for my replacement box cause my first one was defective.
12 days and several phone calls. One email didn't work and tried his gmail and no response. No response on Facebook either....
Still waiting on instructions on how to setup my tap-shifter for sled pulling mode.

Ben is a busy guy. He cant be on tech call 24/7. He has always got back to me when I had problems, might take a lil while but hell I understand. IMO his customer service was great.
I understand he is a busy guy. I paid him for parts and he took my money and still won't return my call or email.
Finally got email back from Ben. Waiting on refund. All I'm want is overdrive lockout but don't really want to mount aftermarket switch on dash. Thinking about Fleece Tap Shifter. Any opinions???
