Couldnt 3 benedryl and 5 beers be kina lethal? :D
The swollen tonsils (or in my case where tonsils used to hang from) really sucks! Feels like ya got somethin stuck and it wont go either way! Thats when I was the sickest, the next two days after I felt like you do now! Look out!

been my home remedy for years :) Guess I should elaborate a little, one beer at a time over 2-3 hours and take the first 2 benedyls a couple hours before bed and the 3rd benedryl when you go to bed.

the vicks on your feet several hours before bed

jalepenos every meal, every day keeps colds to a minimum:D

Well, where I am, I got the socks and the beer but that's it. The local "aptika" doesn't stock vapor rub, benadryl, amoxicillan, hep a & b vaccinations and pretty much tell you that to take care of a cold or an illness go home and get pissed on pepper vodka.

If I get hurt here, I'm probably gonna die!

This sucks nutz! Who else has this crappy flu? Been years since i've had flu but this strain of it is nasty! I feel like i got hit with a semi, super sore all over, headache, zero energy (trying to stand about makes my passout) and cant hold down food or fluids from either end:( Makes the holidays extra nice:mad:

I was about the same way, 3 days and I think I was out of bed for 5-6 hours max the whole time. LOTSA Theraflu, worked best for me. The stuff you put in warm water. When you're sick they seem pretty good, once you start feeling better theyre not as good anymore... :hug:

Ya been tryin to drink lots of fluids, real hungry but cant eat much, the soreness and headache is the worst part but i've been chowin down on my back pain meds:angel: Percocet (oxy) has me feelin almost like new...till they wear off:( I think its startin to go away now, i seem to have a pretty good immune system so maybe its doin its job:p

I got the shit that plugs your head up.... Topped it off with a 2 1/2 hr flight that successfully succeeded (WOW... lotta suc there) in popping one eardrum and damn near popping the other. I dont think clear, runny stuff is supposed to come out of them.... :eek:

Walking around Seattle in shorts and a T shirt probably didnt help the cause much either....:D

-42C (-44F) Saturday morning. I had to crawl into my truck through the back pass. side door, it's the only one that would unlock. What does "OC" on the temp display on the mirror mean. :D
