He took a loss because he paid a premium for the truck to begin with and then ended up needing to spend a small fortune fixing things that go bad ovr the course of 180-some-odd-thousand miles.
I feel bad for you OP. Glad you were able to wash your hands of the truck. Truthfully, it probably was about to be in shape to serve you well for years to come after all the work you did.

Like I said tho, I've only done injectors (once) (did HGs too as a preventive thing) on a 15 year old 300,000 mile lb7. 150,000 miles at or over 550hp....
My 2004 needed nothing in 150,000 miles.
My LMM just got a pitman/idler arm in 110,000 miles. Literally my trucks have been so good to me over the years. I boggles my mind how people have bad luck with them. I have a buddy here that bought one cause he loved mine, said he had nothing but trouble out of it. Sold it within two years. How have I had 4 good one in a row...
