Broken ground on bulkhead

Hi all,
In my 2008 3500HD, I noticed a broken ground on the engine bay bulkhead. I couldn't locate a dangling wire anywhere.

Anyone know what this is a ground for? The truck seems run fine.

I answered your other post. Runa ground wire from the stud on the firewall to the block any vacant threaded hole will do

Is that the one that runs to the hood?

The broken strap is supposed to go to the hood. The strap to the back of the head appears in tact in that photo.

There will be a similar stud on the hood above the stud on the firewall.
