Got the ole girl to go 12.49 with a 1.7 60 at 107. I think it has a little more in it. I am still on stock sticks and stock cp3. I have a race plug, 2 ported fuel rail fittings, and high flow cp3 line on order. I am hoping to break 12.3's on stock sticks before I put injectors in. I still have some tweaking to do but not bad for a crew cab short bed and the only weight I dropped was the tailgate and bumper for a roll pan. I posted a picture of the timeslip below any advise will be greatly appreciated.

I keep forgetting to fill out the sig. 4094vvt, lift pump, full egr delete with high flow y bridge and built trans. I got a race plug, 2 ported fuel rail fittings and high flow cp3 line on the way. I hoping with that, up-pipes and manifolds, and some front end tweaks I can put myself in the 12.3's-12.2's before the injectors. Looking into a lockup box too. I am happy but not completely satisfied. I need to get my 60 foot down to a 1.6 and I think I will be there.

Ran the hottest tune. I am still trying to figure out how to log my data through my v2. I have my lift pump set around 25 which I may turn up. I am hoping that the race plug, ported fittings and cp3 line will assist in my delivery. I was just told by a guy on the dmax forum though that the ported fittings will drop my rail pressure. So back to the drawing board and research before I put um in. I am swapping my sleeves out for true rare parts tie rods and probably a straight center link. I am hoping that will help with my 60.

no need to turn up your lift pump, it wont really help anything running it any higher. Ported fittings will not drop your rail pressure. New tie rods wont make any difference with your 60', I cut 1.68's with just sleeves and an all season brace. A straight centerlink will help with launching.

Really based on your slip, you don't have much more ET in it other than with a better 60'. You mph is right on point with a 12.40 or so. A bigger tune and/or some weight reduction will help the most.

I considered in taking out the back seat from what I have read that is 150 lbs. I need to pull some logs so send out to see if some tweaking can be made. I asked to take that setup to the max on my fifth tune but I haven't had a chance to talk to him.

Captain Phil how much boost do you leave at?

I leave at 15 lbs usually depending on the track condition.

Drop the spare tire, air down to 30 lbs or so.

That's about what I leave at. The spare has been dropped. Today I found my truck launched better at 35 psi. When I dropped um down to 30 it just wanted to roast um. My second run I dropped um down to 30 and cut a 2.0 for 60. Ran a 12.8 at 107. My torsion bars are dropped to the point where my cv axles are at a negative. I am on the other side bridge from you so I will be at capitol Friday night to test a few other changes.

I am going to call my tuner tomorrow to see if he wants logs or can just send me something hotter off the top of his head. Hopefully I can get a 12.2 pass before I buy my 60 overs.

I just want that 11.99 before I get injectors. I won't be home to test until the end of April though. Drive over to Cecil county sometime and make some passes.

That's not to terrible of a ride for me. I always like a good excuse to come over to the shore whether it be duck season, red eyes and now 1/4 mile.

I did some research and tuners can push the llys a little more than the lbzs because the injectors are bigger. I don't know that to be fact but I remember seeing that somewhere. If that information is correct, I guess I will be lucky to see 12.3 on stock sticks. I know several guys have said they have gained 2 tenths of a second with a lock up box. How does that 1058 drive? I did the 1057 which drives pretty good, and got really good reviews in the drag racing world.
