OK, I contacted Pensacola Diesel about the issue. I asked to speak to the GM. I explained my issue and I explained my concern that these were not OEM injectors. I had also called them PRIOR to installing because the packaging did not look like something that was OEM. I was assured they were OEM so I installed them. Then I had the issue and called back. After discussing the packaging with the GM he determined they were NOT OEM injectors. So I spent six hours pulling all the injectors and I took them with me in my CAR because I couldent drive my much more comfortable truck on the 9 hour drive. When I arrived the GM brought me two sealed boxes from the back room. We opened them and they have all the proper packaging, bar codes, blow molded trays and GM paperwork in the boxes so I swapped.

I finished the installation again today and so far all is good. No smoke runs smooth.

There business appeared very professional. Three parts guys out front. Large diesel shop out back and I know what I read but I try to make my own judgements when I can.

Anyone can make a mistake but I have three issues.

1. They shipped wrong parts
2. When plainly asked over the phone there parts guys didn't know how to distinguish one from the other. Probably the same guy that packed the box.
3. The GM never offered an apology. Not one I'm sorry this happened. He had a chance to try to make this right and didn't even make an attempt. So now I am with you guys. Stay Away!
