Hey, I just replaces the rotors, pads, and slide pins, the passenger side is fine, but the outer pad is rubbing on the rotor when the wheel is tightened all the way, I can barely move the wheel. I tried driving it around a little to see if it would just adjust its self out some, but the rotor just got really hot, when I changed them I pressed the pistons all the way in and they seemed to move without any problem.

Whats rubbing on the wheel the caliper? I'd take it back apart and insure you didn't put something on backwards?

once the lugs are tightened back down it straightens the rotor and pushes the rotor into the outer pad

The caliper should slide left and right quite a ways, far more than the rotor will bend when tightening the lug nuts. I'd pull it back apart and make sure it is moving freely on the pins.
