Does anyone know of any larger rotors for the 01-10 8 lug trucks ? im looking for 16" or as close as possible. I know wilwood has a kit with rotors that size but would prefer a more budget friendly 1 piece.

Reason being is i have a set of the newer gm 1/2 ton brembo calipers ( kits sold from gm with 16+ rotors , calipers and pads for about 2.5k) I have the calipers and would like to make adaptors to run them on my 07 lbz.

I think it would be easier and for the cost just getting willwoods kit but, I would just run down to a parts store and look at all their rotors that’ll fit your lug pattern. Find the biggest one and as long as the offset is close it’ll be fine since you’re making the brackets. Also how big are the 1/2 ton calipers? Larger than factory 2500?

same ones that are on the CTS-V right? They’re kind of small for a 2500 unless the ones for the 1500 are a lot larger than the CTS-V calipers

They are much bigger hence the 16" rotors. I also have a 18 vector blue cts v too so easy to compare.

Did some measurments though and the thickness isn't going to work.


The stock lbz rotors are about 30% thicker tha. the oem 6 piston/ 16" rotors on the 15+ gm 1/2 tons.

I'll just sell this kit .
