I have an SD manifold and also had a problem with it blowing off. You have to really push your boost tube in and hold it the same time your tightening the clamp, this is a little tricky to do. clean the surfaces good and use hair spray. After the PVC reroute has been on a while the oil will be gone from inside and it will hold much better. Its something you never get use to, when it happens you almost shit your pants
