I took off my y bridge horn to do a 1/2 fuel line to my cp3. And now I can't get the horn to seal off anymore! Any tips on how to fix it? I put new o rings on it still didn't fix it.

Check the surfaces for any burs or raised edges. Then if none maybe try putting a light film of oring lube on them. And torque to spec. If that doesn't work then I would say your not getting it all the way down into position or something

You really have to set those bolts in ALL THE WAY.... Like crank em in tight, then if you can, torque them, I just cross tightened them over and over till I couldn't get them to budge a mm. Hopefully you got the o-ring in there straight

Oh, that part, yeah, those o rings seem like they are a one and done deal, once you have it apart, they never seem to seal right, you can get new ones from the stealership, but they are pretty spendy, my suggestion, get a 3" one piece y bridge from all season like this

Tony makes/can make them to bolt up, rather than have a slip connection iirc, give him a call, everyone should have one of these
Is it pushing the orings out?? Ive used grease to hold the orings in place and keep them tight.. worked great on some very loose orings
Nope the o rings stay where they are suppose to be. At first it did it at 2psi + then I put new o rings now it does it at 11 psi +. I'll try it with grease
Also like said before make sure the y bridge is clean.. should seal if the orings are going in, atleast its better:thumb:.. good luck
I actually have done this more then i wanna admit. Lol. I have had way better luck with completely dry, clean o rings, and set it in place, tilt it towards passenger side a touch, use a small (18-24in) pry bar, and as u pry against it turn it just a touch upright It should pop literally in place. And there are 2 tabs that should be sittin against the ybridge itself if the horn is in all the way.
