ahh so jealous! my buddy has some old 89 boat, cant remember the name, its like 12-16 ft, cant really remember. but we use it for knee boarding and wake boarding. would love to get a real wake board boat tho!

22' Centurion Avalanche wakeboard boat. It's a blast, but it got a little pricey when gas was $ 4.00 and diesel is $ 5.00 a gallon.
I grew up around boats and had my parent's had everything from a small Glastron to a 26 foot pantoon with a 4.3 v-6 in it that would do 40+ mph and hold 18 people with a keg. It would pull 4 people out of the water skiing too. They have a 24 foot Check Mate now with 350, 350 hp merc in it. The boat looks great and does pretty well out on the water. I could go on and on about boats but you guys don't want to hear me ramble. I will leave you with this...........I want a boat also and it kills me when summer rolls around and I can't get out on the water.
Lavey Craft makes some nice boats. My dad has a 29' with a supercharged 596" that will do 95mph at lake mead. When he started out with that boat it would only go 75. That did not last long...
i went for s ride on one of those back in the day with my grandpa and the DNR guys, we were sideways crossen lillypads at 70MPH, i about shat myself
same block and what not, just tuned to run at a higher RPM for longer perod of time, mostly outer stuff is dif i think, has to be bigger turbo, and exhast manifolds that run water through out , we don't do much with cummins though i could be way wrong, we only deal with VOLVO and a few yanmars, got some BIG MEAN mans coming in a while though, they will be way fun
He had a engine builder up here in the North West do some work on it. It's all secret ninja shit. We just got it back in the truck 2 weeks ago and he's turning up the power slowly. He said it actually scared him the other night. This is coming frm a guy that had 690HP with the old motor. It's got a new set of twins, cam, vavle stuff, head work ect......
Anyway, it should be pretty cool and we are going to try and talk him into dynoing it the BD event. If not there, i'm sure it will be at a event soon after that.

I think I work more than I sleep. Plus there is great deal's out there to be found some people are really hurting this last couple years.
Maybe you are just not working for the right farmer?

I was wondering when you were going to post in here. I spoke to my friend about Ozarks this year, sounds like it will be sometime in June or July, if you still have your boat you should come down just leave the kids at home!
