blown motor or just bad injector?

OK so the lb7 is giving me fits. Put some cheap injectors in about 6 weeks ago. Put them in and fired it up and it sounded terrible. Just left it parked until I had a chance to get it into a shop. Shop looked at it for an hour then told me the motor was blown. Has fuel in the crank case and is blowing smoke out of the oil fill. Could just starting blow a hole in a piston? No compression test was done. Just a drop test im told.

Cheap injectors in these trucks will cause all of that. If you ran it a while with fuel in oil she could be shot.
