Make sure you get fuel out of the bleeder screw on top of the filter housing, then if there are no other leaks or issues you should be able to crank until it fires up! It's usually under 30seconds
You should bot be cracking the injector lines open. Not like old school systems. It will start if everythibg is in correct working condition. Why did you change cp3's?
the fpr went out i changed it and it still wont fire yea i checked it with efi tryin bout a week to crank it now. airdog 165 and the filter is deleted the rail psi is around 200 to 400 while wanting 6000 to 10000 and iam lost dont know what to do
If it is your FPRV, i don't believe that efi will tell you from what i understand of efi all it can tell you that would be related would be rail pressure and commanded rail pressure. Search "bottle test" and that will explain on how to check the FPRV.
Never crack a injector line open on a common rail diesel to bleed air out of the system. Its very dangerous do to high fuel pressures. Not like the old days.
