I live in Northern California so cold to us is like 25-35 degrees. David told me to run 15w-40 even after this incident. It does seem like what Noreaster said makes sense. It's almost summer and it's scorching here by like 10am. The block heater will be here in 2-3 days anyway. David and Curtis tested these pumps at 70 degrees not 30 so that a big difference in operating result. Sorry if I come of as a #$@$ I'm just trying to share as much info as possible with everybody.
