This is what happens when you buy a new turbo and they don't put locktite on the screws that hold the 3.2 reducer in. I was very upset after my first pull to notice this had happened but I ran it the rest of the season and it worked pretty darn good.

Where did the charger come from originally?

I'd prefer not to comment on that as it's water under the bridge now. I did contact them about this problem and send them pictures but they never got back to me. That's why I said screw it and ran the thing for the rest of season. I was surprised it didn't cause me any more grief.

How are the screws placed? I know guys that never loctite theirs and take them out quite regularly.

10 years ago I would have but now I just move on. You just get yourself all worked up and get nothing out of it. Some people seem to have good luck with certain shops and others don't.

I agree,
one thing that does really chap me is warranty cards, are you kidding me I have my original receipt from over a year ago and I am declined warranty cause I didnt fill out a card, what difference does that card make?

The screw head faces outwards. I think they would last more then one pull but since I can only pull bushed I never checked it. After I put a little locktite on in everything was fine.
