We put a cast 468/83/.90 in a buddy's LBZ. It spools great even with stock injectors. That 83 sucks at the top of the rpm range. I think you'll love the 468/87. If I ever do another one I'll try the 87 myself. Not sure how much better the billet is.

It's not shipping for 2-3 weeks cuz fleece bought out their stock from what I was told, so I have some time lol

To be very clear, and in an open forum. Forced Inductions or any other box turbo distributor for that matter, has absolutely nothing to do with Fleece Performance Turbos. Especially the proprietary Compressor technology. We have ran both of the common variations of the 67.7 borg comp wheel, and tho they will perform, our best numbers still fell well short of the FPE 68mm Comp wheel. 71RWHP to be exact as you can see in the video below.

Fleece Performance comp wheels are a ground up design. Manufactured Exclusively for Fleece Performance here in the good ole USA. They are not found in any other turbo out there. Anything else is just imitation. They can only be purchased thru Fleece Performance directly or a Fleece Performance authorized dealer. Fleece Performance Turbos are derived from a number of proven Borg Warner component combinations and Fleece Performance Comp wheel technology, not standard run of the mill replacement turbos.

The testing below was with the "larger 67.7" cast Borg option. Larger even than the common 67.7 FMW. 95mm Exducer vs 91mm Exducer.

PS: Brian, Ive got a REAL Fleece S468/87 built. Ready to go and look pretty at TS. I think it would look better under your hood tho.

Understood, was just going off what I was told by F.I, Guess their information was incorrect

Unfortunately I wont be going to TS like I planned, too expensive for flights and the GF has a huge horse barrel race next weekend in Vegas.

With that being said, I guess we will see how a box stock F.I billet 68/87/.90 compares to fleeces on the track, I don't care about dyno numbers because the vast differences. We shall see, Im excited to try it. MPH doesn't lie.

I have the new Fleece S472 and it drives on the steet very well. Pulled the TT couple weeks ago. I know you don't tow, just throwing that out there. With the same tuning as I had with my Danville vgt 72 I went from 11.84 to a 11.31 with full weight, half tank of fuel and both kids car seats! 10psi boost launch. I'd say this turbo has a lot more in it than Im pushing it and I'm a crewcab.

What do they say?

Lets start with the horse. The old timers will tell you all horse's do is shit work and eat money. Thats where there wrong, they also teach women how to ride. :thumb:

A horse chick is more expensive than souping up our hot rod d-max's, but the benefits behind closed doors of a horse chick usually equal out there need to blow every dollar you have.

You must watch out for the horse chick with a piece of bull rope sewn in the center of her saddle though, lord only knows what it takes to make her...:roflmao:

I coulda made that alot longer! I tried to type the spark notes version and keep it pg-13 rated. Hahahah but good point. I have come to realize that all women are equally crazy though, some hide it well and some just let it show.

Sometimes I think we're the only people on here that realize MPH tell the truth not dyno's or ET's. I can't wait to see how this thing does on your truck!

I'm no drag racer. Please explain why mph is a good indicator of how much power the truck has?

ET's are directly affected by launch and traction. That's why you see so many 4wd diesel trucks with great ET's and low MPH. MPH don't change much even if you don't launch or you have limited traction. Of course to understand power obviously you need to know the weight of the vehicle as well. Imagine why you see Corvette's trapping in the 120's and losing to trucks that trap 10 mph slower. Don't get me wrong, a win is a win and I'm not talking about that at all. I'm simply talking about how to really compare engine power.
