So everyone knows my truck made. 918/1629 on the dyno but I still use this thing everyday from daily driving to pulling a trailer every now and again. First tank of fuel netted 20.4 mpg on tune 3 with both city and highway driving. Today I went to Dayton Ohio with a bumper pull trailer with a rolling 1/2 ton chassis on it and went 289 miles on 16.4 gals of fuel netting 17.6 mpg. Here is a pic of the EGTs cruising between 75-80 mph.

All around great charger that can do double duty if you use some common sense!!!!

what do you run for boost at wot? i wish my truck put out hp numbers like yours i got built motor very similar to yours just i have a 475 and 45 over injectors and my truck is barley breakin 600 and 13.s down the track do you have any pics of your turbo and intake set up? i think my intake set up and maf tuning has a big part in why it aint running right. im also only seeing around a peak of 42psi of boost

at 6500 lbs, your dyno HP puts you in the 130 trap speeds..

I would venture to guess your real world dyno numbers are a max of 800.

Great turbo none the less, I really want one.

45ish lbs of boost, I've seen a peak of 50. I really didn't watch the gauges at the track , I was scared of it. Lol

You also have a Bat, every charger reacts different.....

I have a billet compressor wheel in mine deffinately made a difference but not as much as I was hoping for haha

And thanks for the intake pic that's how I should have done mine but I messed up and left my welded 3 inch comin out the front in make my intake situation a pain! Finally got a cobra head elbow and gonna try to get a more free flowing intake on there and get the maf tuning then hopefully I'll see so better performance out of it

A dyno is definitely used as a tool, but I have a few disadvantages working against me. I have a straight axle and I'm lifted up, regardless it's moving for a big truck and I left soft at the track, I honestly believe if I lost a little curb weight and put slicks on it would be in the 10s no problem.....I plan on 4 linking the front and getting it back down on the ground and possibly doing a cage this winter if everything goes as planned!!! TS has a 10.5 index class that I'm shooting for! Stay tuned for updates.:woott:
