With a lb7 make sure you do the Motorsports nozzles at 65 over version and don't go more than 30% oversized. That will be around 100 overs and the life span will be greater.

Might be a dumb question but are these the SAC nozzles you are talking about? I dont quite understand what you mean by 65 over and 30% oversized. Does this mean that you use a 65% nozzle and then increase flow with the injector itself 30%?

Yes they are sac nozzles. On a lb7 you have a choice if a 45 or 65 over that is stock untouched. It just flows that much more than a oem stock voc nozzle. Then you extrude it another 30 percent. The final over stock size would be about 100 percent.

Streetable can be a loose term. Some guys streetable is way differant then others.

Exactly. I would never put 100s in a street truck. My 45s will black out the road if I hammer it while under the charger. They stink pretty bad in cold weather too. 100s are even worse.

You also swear by fixed vane chargers. My 72R/483 combo with 100 overs doesn't even haze on my small tune. Wide open from a dead stop it is clean as stock.

Smoke, haze, throttle control can all be address via the tune. If smoke is an issue, it's either a hard part issue or the tune. It takes time to dial a big injector truck in and keep it clean while still making it spool up fast.
