Big Injectors

I`m building a new set up for my 06 LBZ, looking to hit 1000rwhp on fuel maybe a little more, at what point do injectors become un manageable for a daily driver? I`m looking at 100 to 120 over injectors but not sure if i will be able to get rid of all the hazing and what not.

If you had a set of injectors out of a motor that got a little warm..... would you trust them to be gone over and had nozzles installed ? also where do you find info on the proper way of testing duramax injectors? I can only seem to find 4 different stories from 4 different people.

The best thing to do IMO is to send a set of injectors to exergy and have them honed and balancedand tested. Pricey but worth it. You can go to their website and get prices. As far as injectors that have been in an engine that's been hot, it shouldn't have hurt them but testing will determine their condition.

Your trying to make big power and I wouldn't install injectors that hadn't been properly flow tested. Call Tony Burkhard or Guy at Socal and they will set you up. The cost will be more but the piece of mind is priceless.

Send them to exergy. Thats where guy and tony will send them.

Last time I called it was cheaper through Tony. I guess Exergy sells for list and the dealer can work with you. I also didn't see Exergy as a sponsor on the forum so I was trying to be respectful.
