Question, anyone know of better quality aftermarket hydro-boost lines? Curious for any input. My "Power Brake Booster Inlet Hose" is leaking...
Go figure...:spit:

Really, LOUDER!! The braided SS with teflon lining does not dampen the pump noise. You really hear the whine when you hit a lock when the wheel is all the way one side or the other...

Add a solid drag link and the pump complains more in the parking lots.:roflmao::roflmao:

I had no idea. Thanks for the schooling.:D
On Edit:
Had I kept reading, I would have read that note on the bottom of the dhd description about the noise...haha
Note: The power steering pump noise output will increase slightly with our upgrade kit. The OEM lines deaden the sound output from the stock power steering pump due to the weak expandable stock rubber. The braded stainless steel lines that we use in our kits are more rigid than factory and dont expand under pressure. The result is not being able to muffle the power steering pump noise output as effective as OEM. - See more at: http://dirtyhookerdiesel.com/i-1490...ing-line-upgrade-kit.html#wsm-prod-tab-decrip

I have the dhd ones, no complaints other than price. The louder ps pump blends in with the dash rattle and exhaust

But really id rather have a louder pump than leaking lines.

Very true. I might have to link by on a stock one until I can do the full swap

TX of course
I didn't think the lines where that bad? On 3 duramaxs I've only had to replace 1 line for much of a leak.
