Best valve springs for the money?

Honestly haven't looked at prices, but I bought a used set of Socal's and haven't had anyone with them. They have seen over 100#'s boost without issues.
Is there a tool out there for swapping springs all at once per cylinder like the 4v cummins head?

Hamiltons came on my heads but i like the Socal ones for builds. lighter valve train cant hurt

Im sure you know this, but I will say it for the benefit of those who don't. A lighter valvetrain works very well to fight high rpm valve float. While spring pressure is the only effective way to fight boost induced valve float, I would rather be able to keep the valves closed while running the lightest springs possible. A lower pressure spring will take less power to operate and cause less wear in the motor. There are several benefits.
Um..... well you sold me these heads.... that have Hamilton springs..... that I didn't change as my post says.... so they ain't lighter....

Searched for about 10min and couldn't find a place with the Tork-tek duramax valve tool stocked. I have the cummins tool but I know it won't work.. hopefully one will pop up on eBay one day
