I'd like something that's made in the states, I know Bendpak isn't as I've talked directly to them a few times. Thanks guys, this will give me something to go off of!

I flipped a 10k rotary a few years back. Picked it up for 500 from work when we moved to a new building. I intended to use it but got an offer of 2k I couldn't refuse. Wish I would have kept it.

Saw this on the Instagram. I have no dog in this fight just passing it along for those researching lift brands.

For what it's worth all the rotary lifts I used all have limit switches at the tops with a padded bar that rons across so when the roof hits it stops the lift. Just about every decent built lift I've seen has this except the bendpak that we had that kept dropping trucks off the back arms.

I don't about using a 9k or 10k lift for our trucks. I had a hard time finding places that will work on my work trucks when I was traveling. Most of them have been CCLB diesels drag up tanks and tool boxes. I don't get crazy with heavy tools or anything in them. That last shop that did the fuel filters on my Ford said the arms on his 10k where bending and not to bring it back. Lol I even made sure the drag up tanks was empty.

My bendpak has a shut off bar up top. I learned over the years. Stories get twisted fast on facebook. I also seen guys install there own lifts and was half assed.

I can almost guarantee the safety bar wasn't installed then because the guy had some half ass installer do it. I've only ever seen one without a bar and it was a bendpak but the shop had some home depot beans install it so that explains alot.
