What are the best tires for drag racing? For a 16 inch wheel.

I'm looking for an in expensive tire for my stock rims.

26" tall tire I think would be too small. 265/70R16 Toyo Proxes II might be a better option.

If you are running in 4x4, Proxies will work very well if your HP is under 700.

If you are over 700hp, you need to step it up to sticky tires.

IMO.

I've run about 5 different kinds of tires at this point.
