Here's my truck...it's got a cognito 4" set at 4", the rear has 2" DEAVER mini packs with the overloads removed and helper bags for towing, this truck rides wonderfully:thumb:
I'm rolling a 285/75/18 TOYO at/2 which is 11.6" wide and 34.8" tall, and I think my truck looks awesome...lol

Enjoy

I want to put and actual kit on it rather than just keys for the simple reason of replacing ball joints every year, and [BI want the 4" lift Because I think it would have a nice tire/ lift look with 33's or 35's[/B]

I'd go with a kit that doesn't have you cut the diff. It becomes a pain in the ass once you get tired of paying for oversized tires to lower back to stock.

all you have to do is buy the cognito diff ear bracket. i just went through this with a buddy when we swapped diffs. his didnt cut the ear off and mine did. so we cut the ear off his diff and put a cognito bracket on his.

the best riding lift is gunna be the one that uses quality shocks and has a 50/50 split between suspension up travel and down travel at their recommend ride height or close to it.

Fabtech's kit is good quality but the engineering into it is not fully thought through, stay away from them

tuff country is what alot of guys here like and its very affordable. they fall just about as i stated above.

Ive heard lots of good things on BDS.

Cognito you cant go wrong. set at 4" in there 4-6" kit, it is all that i stated above.

I'd listen to this guy he has answered and talked a lot about suspensions and lifts etc etc here and knows his stuff! Just my observation. Do as you will
