I saw on FB the first duramax to be running an alt firing cam without swapping the harness. or it was something important like that, either way I'm pretty sure he was invoiced with fleece.
Fleece and Kory both can. Others may be able to now as well, but they were two of the first IIRC.
I personally am looking at some Shorthorn tunes though for big power. Maybe stacked with crazy larry and a joe farmer smoke tune (flashback lol)
