Bent Rods??

Don't mean to high jack the thread, but it pertains to your situation. What do y'all consider to be the best rods? Carillos? Crower? And which ones are better forged? Or billet? Thanks
Cant go wrong with Carillos,motor builder told me not to get crowers bcuz the rod length vary's once in awhile,and i have seen failures not in these apps but others.

I might have to pull a all nighter to get the truck done and head out
Who knows maybe I'll have to take a road trip this year and come out
David the drive is not that bad just some parts get boring. If you have someone that will trade off and sleep while you drive you can make good time.
