There is a company on the efi board that did, I cant remember the name. search over there and it should come up.

Or you could just make one.

I found ECU outlet sells them for about $180. And they are cheeper when you buy more at once. Any better deal out there

Got bench harnesses for all Dmax PCM's, I can point you to the guy that built them for me. Come with "ignition" switch as well.
