Ok since the PPE Duel Fueler was installed I have had a horrible belt squeak. I have tried belt dressing and wd 40. It works for a few miles then it gets loud again and has gotten worse. Any ideas? Nothing squeaked at all before the instal of this unit.

i had a squeakey belt from day one on my lly in/out of GM
ended up fixing it myself by adjusting the main pulley in a hair

gator belt was my next step and i will probablly get a gator and use the PPE belt as a spare, but i have no squeak right now

I will look today if it is not raining out. What is the measurement? Do I get that off the supplied belt, or do I get it off the PPE manual?

i didnt have a measurement, i just looked at the belt when the truck was at idle- shut it off, inspected the belt to see what edge of the belt was rubbing

when you put the mount for the cp3 on to the pum is it tight?
how bout when you tightend down the 4 big bolts did you do one back one front or both on the front then the back bolts....sorry just trying to rule things out

I will call today Dan. Yes it was new from Kat. I am not complaining at all. It is a wonderful thing. I am still trying to eliminate all possibilities before I try anything else. Right now it is raining and snowing everyday. I do however think that I may have missed that idler pully, but I will see tonight.

Thanks for all the ideas and help.
