Its been some time now and I do not have all the details but I have heard that information gathered through these forums and threads like this on have led to the parts and persons involved in this online scam. Shopatron now has a lead and some information to pursue legal matters if they choose.

I hate to hear when people do stupid things like that. Just wish that there was a stolen horse involved. In Texas hanging is still legal for horse thieves. Just wish it was legal for any thief.
The details are second hand but it sounds like an innocent person bought the products from the thief and was the link back to online scammer. I will keep everyone posted on anything I hear...
