Time to upgrade my s366 and I'm wanting a ball bearing Garrett turbo. Anyone on here running one? Or have one for sale? The gt4294r is what I was looking at. I have dual pumps and 75 percent overs.

X2. My gtx4508r 80mm valley turbo spools way nicer then my old s472. But it also sucks when a turbo grenades and sends pieces into the Garrett. Could not buy just the compressor wheel.

Hot as in egt wise or hot as in good? It only flows a couple lbs per minute more than my 366 and way less than a S369sxe. Not sure if I'm making a wise choice but then again I have dual pumps and 75% overs on a stock bottom end lb7 so wise choices is not my forte

Ran a 4094R for a few years with +50 sticks and stock pump. Spools quick, but as mentioned, it's a bit tight on AR and runs hotter than a stock VNT.

In my application it was holding things back at 3600r and 700hp. I'd rate it at arround 600hp max. Shaft end play is substantially greater on thee roller bearing units, but never effected anything that I could tell.

This one has a .95 AR exhaust housing, my 366 has a. 91?

Yeah that is the bad part is you can't get parts and no one else but Garrett can work on them.
