so with those balance rates should i scratch doing injectors when i do my head gaskets or maybe is it worth having them tested at least?

The longer it idles the worse they get.
Depends on your lines. They might get ruined when you take the hp lines off.

Just depends on whether or not any debris from the HP line falls into the injector inlet. Balance rates are not a definitive test either.

That is not operating temperature, have to drive the truck for at least an hour to reach operating temperature IMHO. Summer time in August at 115 degrees for me it only takes about 20 minutes. Keep in mind balance rates are not a tell all...

Mine after driving for about 4 hours Monday, park and drive and my DSP5 tune set to the stock tune in the number one position......

I know some were done under warranty around 90k Ish miles not sure witch once but that means some of my injectors have 154k on them so ya I'll just replace them while I have to truck apart

I don't see tge fuel rate listed. Mine are pretty close to yours, yet I know I have one thats pretty bad, and 2 more not far behind it. Balance rates are just how far from each other that the ecm is commanding them on for to make the engine run smooth. If you have all your injectors injecting too much fuel, you could still have junk injectors with balance rates +/-1 of each other as I've seen it personnally.

My injector rates used to bounce around quite a bit more till I replaced the alternator with a higher amperage at idle model. The higher amperage was not done by using a smaller pulley like some companies push you to do..
