another good test and relitively simple is to swap the injector and see if the problem stays on the same hole or follows the injector.

Did you figure this out? I am having same issue I think. Curious. To see what fixed your problem

I have not yet. I idiotically raised my rail pressure to match another tune I have and I think that caused my problem and have since put it back. I will put another stock set to test this week and let you know.

Does anyone know what kind of damage can happen with too much rail pressure?

Shouldn't cause any damage f you not going over 160-170 because they are designed to run at that . What pressure did you set other at?
