It’s been a while
My truck is 17 cab and chassis with the dual tanks. It’s been throwing p2635 CEL several times and it has died on me twice. I reckon it’s time to haul her in to the stealership, I’m at 75k miles so I doubt it will be covered by warranty. Based on the code I’m assuming it’s the lift pump going bad.
This is my work truck so I’d like to get it running ASAP. Last time I had it at the dealer it took them 2 weeks to replace the EGR. I’m just wondering if anyone has had this problem and if anybody knows how the fuel is managed between both tanks? I’m sure I can drop the tank and replace it much sooner than the dealer.
