Back in a 08 Duramax

Well this past weekend I went and bought a 2008 Duramax LTZ and it feels so good to be back in a GM. So far I couldn't be happier with it.

I bought it and it already had a few things done to it:
-EFI Live dsp5 (not sure on hp of tunes, trying to find out. I know they are stock tranny safe)
-Transgo jr shift kit
-Amp steps
-5" exhaust
-285/70/17 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ tires

Now I'm trying to figure out a wheel tire combo I want. Right now I'm thinking Fuel Hostages wrapped in some Nitto Trail Grapplers (295/55/17). Any recommendations are welcome as long as its chrome, no black wheels for me.

Well ended up ordering some Gear 726 wheels in 20x10 -19 offset with some 295/55/20 from mr.wheeldeal today.

Here's a pic of them in a different size. I can't wait to get them in.

Black wheels just don't look right 99.9% of the time to me. Hard to beat a nice chrome wheel.

Yeah I was doing some reading and it doesn't look to bad. Do you think the small fender mod would be enough for me or do you think it will have to be the large fender mod?
