I just got my truck back a couple of weeks ago and I've put about 400 miles on it how long before I should re install a tune or should I just give up and go back to gas?

I didnt do anything to it . Well as you know I tuned it with a PPE standard and played with it alot ( switching between tunes 1-4 ), but never got crazy.I ran for a year on level 3 no problems. Last feb I took it in for a brake job and a Jr kit, and I asked if my mechanic would give it a once over because he was also installing a shim kit and lift pump. He said he saw where a small amount of fluid had been evaporating from the rear of the passenger side head so he pressure tested it and it was a little pin hole trickle so I took it to the dealership and got it fixed but it took two and a half months to get it back do to the fact that the gaskets were on back order. It was only an externall leak my heads tested good and no internals were damaged. Everyone I have talked to said it was just probably gasket failure and not performance related because ther are guy's putting way more power to their trucks and running fine, besides a d-max top end is good for 600hp right its the bottom end you have to worry about. any how correct me if I'm wrong let me know if I can run my tuner again and if I should take baby steps or tune it right back to level 3:happy2:
