Looks good. I thought about doing mine this way but I was worried the small idler pulley couldn't take the torque load being right after the balancer like that. I'm sure for a racing application its fine though. Plus I was also concerned that the belt doesn't wrap as far around the balancer doing it this way.
Where did you get the fill tube? Made it I assume?

That's off a 4500 or a van isn't it? I had a core motor with one like it.
I'm anxious to see if my creation holds. It goes very close to the crank sensor though. It held for two 5k rpm short blasts in the field but that is all the testing before my cup issues got the best of me.

What is the square tubing on the pass side of the eng for?

Abby has Trent's big twins on it, which is what the square tubing is for. Small water line is a vent for air to the overflow tank (or was) and the big hose goes to the rad in the box!
Fuel block is just an air fitting manifold!
Nice thinking on the belt. Looks like you get more bite on the second CP3. Can I ask what gave you the weight savings other than the water pump missing?

Eggsackly that sucker is heavy and not that I weighed it but you do loose the AC pulley. That I like because I hated how when you would fill the oil and the belt was always in the way
