Autocal Question

So I just sold my 06 LLY that was tuned by Rob at ATP trucks and I still have my Autocal that is vin locked to the 06. I am looking at a 2014 LML and want EFI tuning. Can I just buy 5 tunes from a dealer and use my old Autocal?.. Please help me haha

You’ll need to have your ac unlinked from atp. A new license purchased, new tunes purchased then have you ac linked to your new tuner.

All of this your new tuner should be able to handle/walk you thru.

So when I go to buy new tunes I can just buy the 5 tune pack. buy the additional vin licence and that will be good?

The autocal will need to be reconfigured for the new truck and the unlink/link process that I mentioned above.

How hard of a process is that? Sorry I haven't ever dealt with this haha Is it worth it or easier to spend the extra cash on a new V2?

It's not hard to do, but Rob will have to unlink it.
