Autocal NEWB questions

Do these screens show anything important? Like if it's still linked? Or does it not matter?

I can "format config" and "format data" on these screens but it says to only do that if your tuner has instructed you to do so. I didn't do it yet because I don't know what it will do. I'm assuming it wipes any old tuning off the autocal? Do I need to do this?

If the guy sent it in to us, we wouldve unlinked it. i believe i remember who your speaking about because we have only unlinked 1 AC so far due to the guy selling it.

Go to the control panel and F7 and that is where you would link/unlink it.

Is this the f7 tab your talking about? Where the mouse cursor is, is where I remember seeing the link/unlink button. It's not there anymore.

Ok, I'm a beginner with it. I haven't seen any other f7 other than the picture I posted. I will look more in the morning when I get off work.

When you have it plugged into the computer, look on the bottom right hand corner of the computer (by the time) and you'll see a v2 icon, that will open the control panel

Start>all programs>efilive>v8>control panel

What can I do Dustin? If I send it to you guys will you unlink it? The guy i bought it from doesn't seem to interested in responding to me now that i have showed him it's still linked. If I can send it to you guys, let me know what I need to do and/or what info to include with it.

Ya of course mike, sounds like the other guy never sent it in to have it unlinked.

Let me verify that is Robs V2 SN to ensure its linked to us and the other guy didnt link to it someone elses V2..

Sounds good, I really appreciate it! It had an ATP decal on it so hopefully it is Robs number...but with my luck..you never know.
