I know we have some attorney's on here. I need a favor.

Does anyone know the statue of limitation on malpractice case is? I might pursue a case for the first Dr the original surgery was 06/11.

I might want to have a 4th surgery and don't want to pursue it until after the surgery so I don't get a hassle from my insurance.

Here in lies the problem.. Not sure at this point if my foot will ever be right.

Already have had part my tendon removed. Now she has to go back in an scrape my 4th metatarsal and add bone chips.

I'm not doing this to make money. I want to try to stop this from happening to someone else. If I wasn't working for Pat I would have been fired by now. I know we couldn't have an employee that has missed as much work as I have in the past almost 2 years. What I'm really wanting to find out who manufactured the device that left a whole shit load of these shreds in my foot and have the correct the problem.

Pat compares them like a busted light pieces that have been ground in my foot for walking on it.
