Wish I would of seen this thread sooner!!!! Mine got sucked in and junked radiator. That piece did not get replaced!

Ungh, this just happened to my LML not long after the HG's, water pump and thermostats were replaced @ 180K kms.

Why would you take away from this thread that the shop who did the headgasket work assembled something improperly?

Can anyone share the part number for this rubber seal that the fan is chewing up and then damaging the radiator? thank you

I believe 23358526 is the p/n for the rubber piece.
