I trashed my motor and bought an 07 donor truck with 27000 original miles. I think I may have taken on more than I can do so looking for any help I can get. I've already got the motor swapped and can crank the truck over but after a couple times rolling over it shuts its self down. The anti theft light flashes also. Any advice would help thanks.

I haven't done anything to the wiring. I personally have never messed with anything this new so its a bit overwhelming. All I swapped was the motor nothing else, just unplugged the two main harnesses on the driver side of the motor and all other parts (alternator ac everything else pulled nothing off either motor)

If you have both motors, it may be easiest for you to just swap the injectors FICM and wiring harness from the LLY to the LBZ. The LLY injectors fit in the LBZ heads but the LBZ injectors do not fit in LLY heads without machining. You will need to grind a tooth off of the LBZ crank reluctor wheel though as the Delphi ECM uses 57 teeth and the Bosch uses 58. Search on here for detailed instructions on how to do this. Its not hard and can be done in the truck but requires some disassembly.

I do not know if it is required but assume it would be easiest to swap the LLY GPCM as well. On that note the glow plugs are not interchangeable either.

There may be some other things, but the injection system and tone wheel are the major ones.
